The Role
In the environment of our HR and Payroll solutions, the Software Developer (m/f/d) Human Resources Software is responsible for analyzing and implementing the requirements of our customers, the market and the legislator. As part of an international team, he or she develops custom-fit solutions and, together with the team, assumes end-to-end responsibility for a forward-looking and strategically important product. The software developer is a key person in the team, also in communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders of all kinds.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Team-oriented collaboration in a cross-functional Scrum team in the agile software development process
- Design and development of databases, software modules and business process logic
- Coordination of tasks with the product owner and team members
- Support during user testing and go-live
- Troubleshooting and error correction
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in the field of (business) computer science or similar. course of studies, or a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in the field of application development
- Profound knowledge in software development and the programming language C#
- Willingness and ability to learn the programming language if necessary and to contribute to the development process with own ideas and creativity
- Interest in new technologies and working in international and cross-functional teams
- Confident use of the German and English languages, both written and spoken
